At Aarambh Business Coaching & Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality coaching and consulting services that help individuals and businesses achieve real results. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any purchase.

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

All sales of digital products, including downloadable materials, templates, or pre-recorded courses, are non-refundable once the content has been accessed or downloaded.

2. Live Coaching Programs / Workshops

  • If you are not satisfied with the coaching or workshop program, you may request a refund within 7 days of the program start date.
  • A partial refund (up to 50%) may be provided if substantial content or sessions have already been delivered.
  • No refunds will be issued after 7 days of program commencement.

3. One-on-One Consulting Services

Due to the personalized nature of our consulting services:

  • A refund can only be requested before the first session begins.
  • Once a session has been conducted, no refund will be issued.
  • If you have booked multiple sessions and wish to cancel the remaining, a prorated refund may be considered.

4. Missed Sessions

Missed coaching or consulting sessions without prior notice (minimum 24 hours) are non-refundable and non-transferable.

5. Technical Issues

If you are facing technical issues accessing our content or services, please contact our support team. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be provided in cases where access cannot be restored.

  • Your full name
  • Purchase details (date, service/product)
  • Reason for the refund request

We will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
